The Walt Disney Family Museum - Part X

This marks the end of The Walt Disney Family Museum's Gallery-to-Gallery previews. In just a few days we will start getting reports from the various previews and then on October 1st the galleries open in earnest to the entire world. These galleries will serve as one of the most welcoming records to the life and legacy of Walt Disney, with one of the most comprehensive collections to be found anywhere.

10 Galleries, a Café overseen by Wolfgang Puck, a book by J.B. Kaufman, a lifetime of experiences, memories, work, and play all sheltered in the capable hands of The Walt Disney Family Museum.

As we close our look at the delights the museum will offer when its doors are flung open, I would like to take one last opportunity to thank the Walt Disney Family Museum for graciously providing us with these wonderful glimpses. Particularly, I would like to make sure that Andrea Wang, the museum’s Communication Coordinator, is acknowledged for the wonderful work she has done in spreading the word about the collection and for allowing us to be a part of it. Thank you!
Gallery 10 - Remembering Walt DisneyWalt Disney died on December 15, 1966. Reactions from around the world, in newspaper articles, editorial comment, and letters and telegrams present an appreciation of the joy, hope, and inspiration Walt provided to millions of people around the world.
